CCTV INSTALLATION STOPPED HALF WAY

Installation contract numbers 342175 & 342176<br> <br> We are an animal feed company in Klapmuts and had numerous companies tender for our CCTV installation. Based on the tenders we received we decided to go with ADT's quotation. The sales person visited our premises twice so he knew exactly what will be needed to complete the installation. ADT had to install 15 cameras on the one contract and 2 on a different contract. Installation started 6/7/2015.<br> <br> Till date (6 MONTHS AFTER INSTALLATION AND AFTER NUMEROUS EMAILS AND TELEPHONE CALLS) ADT has only completed 13 cameras (of which one is not working) on the 1st contract.<br> <br> I eventually received an email from the sales person who told me that they needed 600m extra cabling and I needed to pay an extra R4,000. I emailed him back telling him that I do not accept this as we are only going to pay what they quoted us. After all we gave them the tender based on ADT's quotation. I have not yet received any response to my email. One of the installation guys told me that they will also need to install extension equipment which was not quoted at first.<br> <br> I plead that someone from ADT contact me but based on my experience I doubt this will ever happen!
