CANNOT SEEM TO GET ADT BOARDS

I have called ADT Vaal three times over the past couple of months, requesting new boards to display on my house. I started painting in December and needed to remove the old board as is was old and damaged. I still have not received replacements and it is not visible that my residence is protected by ADT... This is a problem...
