Cannot get hold of anyone to reinstall tracker

First of all, you get ****med by the small print which locks you in a contract with penalties if you want to stop the service. Secondly, you pay them to remove your device when you sell your car and then they don't reinstall it in your new car! I have sent emails, sat on the phone for 30 mins without any assistance! ABSOLUTELY USELESS!!!!!
