Cancelled ADT and still you are taking my money!

I have sent 2 emails and phoned 5 times and still nothing happens. I have cancelled and removed my alarm in December, and still your debit orders are coming off! I have not even had a call from ADT in this whole period of 5 months to alert me of a alarm signal not being visible!!!
