Cancellation of service

We have been trying since March to cancel our services with them, but nobody is phoning us back. We emailed them and tried to phone but nobody is responding back. They keep on deducting money from our account every month. We as a school don't get a lot of money, The only income we have is from the school fees which is not alot.
