CANCELLATION OF RESPONSE TO OLIEVENHOUTBOSCH
ADT is unprofessional, we got a letter on the 29.10.15 that states that they will no longer respond to our area (Olievenhoutbosch ext 4) stating this is effective the 15th October 2015 but they have not been responding for the past 3 months we only found out when our alarm was triggered and the call centre mentioned they wont send anyone to respond as they no longer respond to the area\Dangerous Area"and they will ask our nearest police to respond. For heaven sake ADT is an armed response company they have to respond to dangerous area's "
