cancellation of contract

second time around with ADT<br> after i got my cancellation letter from ADT for cancellation of my contract .<br> Im still waiting for my refund. phoned the retention department, they told me I owe them R741 rand.<br> how can this be if my contract was cancelled by the 1st of may 2015???? <br> it seems like ADT does not want to refund me. I think it is not fair.<br> same old story, ADT's admin sucks. i will never use them as a service provider.
