Cancellation of contract

I have been trying to cancel my contract for over 6 weeks. I have sent about 50 emails now to the [Email Removed] email address as well as Emails to Mr. Haffejee and others.<br> <br> No response. They keep on debiting my account. i just want confirmation that my account is closed and they would stop the debit orders. If you phone the call centre, no one helps and you are holding on forever until they drop the line on you. Very very bad!
