Cancellation notice period
<p>I used ADT for more than 6 years.</p> <p>Paid cash for the alarm system.</p> <p>When I phoned to cancel ADT I was told I need to give them a months notice.</p> <p>They don't communicate or point this out when you join them.</p> <p>They can't give one reason why there is a waiting period to cancel.</p> <p> </p>
