CANCELLATION NOT ACTIONED AFTER 5 MONTHS !!!

I moved from Chubb to ADT in August 2014. I received BAD service from STSEC & was instructed by Johann Coetzer (dealer principal) to cancel & was asked to forward the cancellation letter which was sent on 28 September 2014.(I have proof on email)<br> I immediately re-instated Chubb to continue with their services. I'm still receiving statements from ADT but the ADT radios was removed & I requested ADT to come & collect but no response. I had to instruct my bank to return debit orders.<br> I have sent numerous emails & made numerous calls to Katlego (supervisor) & Lebo who promised to get this cancellation finalized. In January 2015, I managed to get hold of Johan (STSEC) who assured me that the radios will be collected & the cancellation will be done.<br> <br> It's now 5 months where nobody has bothered to reply to any of my emails or to return my calls. On Friday the 20th February 2015, I received a phone call from the ADT control room stating that my alarm went off. It's very strange as the ADT radios have been physically removed in September 2014 as Im with Chubb. <br> This is surely not possible! <br> I have resorted to HelloPeter. I would appreciate it if someone can actually contact me. PATHETIC !!
