Cancellation not actioned

To date I still haven't had any feedback from ADT which i have raised twice on Hellopeter , called, emailed and even went as far as going to their offices. They keep on sending me request for payment where i don't owe them anything. Hopefully someone senior will take the time to actual sort out this mess. This is shocking as they are quick to take your money but never deliver on anything.
