Cancellation nightmare!!!
Very disappointed with ADT's credit department. I received an email confirmation that my ADT has been cancelled on the 25th of Oct 2018. Six month's later I receive an email saying my account will be handed over to the "legal companies" due to non payment. According to Thandi, I didn't pay Nov and Dec. She failed to explain why I have to pay an additional 2 month after date of cancellation. I then spoke to a Sibongile, who instead of fixing the error on my statement blatantly threatened me to pay that ridiculous amount or I will pay double and hangs up!
Needless to say, after this treatment, I have not business seaking ADT's services again.
