Cancellation battle
I have been trying to cancel my subscription as I moved provinces. I’ve been trying since Feb 2023 to cancel or end my subscription from 1 April. I sent in the right form to the right email. It didn’t work. Then called about 6 times and each agent is escalating. I’ve been debited for 2 months over my end period and still no end in sight. Shocking service. Now have to go to the bank to try stop the debit order.

13 Jul 2023, 12:53Hello all. Ok so the saga continues. They eventually refunded me only to again debit me this month and a much higher premium! Of course I called again and again. Latest is they are waiting for approval to refund me. That’s over 2 weeks ago. I asked what about next month and they confirmed again the my account is ended but no guarantee they won’t bill me. Is it possible that a company can just keep billing you long after cancellation? I’m going to seek legal action.
