cancellation and Refund

Hi.<br> <br> I took an alarm system with adt in 2015. I was promised alot.<br> <br> I have complained numerous times about the poor services to a guy named Divan i also complained to the guy who i signed up the contract with kevin.i contact divan which i did stating every issue. I spoke to the main boss. I was promised if i was unhappy due to their response time i could cancel adt alarm without paying an cancellation fee at all<br> I gave adt a hundredth chance just to leave my house and someone breaks in the alarm goes off non stop but there was no response. It happened on numerous occasions. <br> <br> I finally got tired and decided to cancel. I contacted divan who promised to get back to me but did not.A lady contacted me who didn't want me to speak to her manager and said she will relay the message to the manager and get back to me. She did phone and asked if convenient time to speak so i told her call back in an hour which she didn't even call back<br> I wan adt cancelled i gave it in writing an telephonically but have still not had my alarm system cancelled.
