Cancel membership

Good day,

I trust you well, last week Friday some of your guys came to register me (at my home in Parklands) or sign me up. However, at the end of the conversation, they mentioned that I should pay a service fee of R400 to the installation guys. Which is craze to me cause when I had a Harry he said there will be no fee charged and I will start paying end of December 2021. When I asked him why should I pay he acted confused and said he didn't recognize that on the we had on WhatsApp. Which to his laying and I feel misinformed and ******* into signing up. I have attached the chat I had with him and you can clearly see that this guy misinform me. I don't mind paying the R400 but due to the fact that he **** to me makes me skeptical of doing any business with you guys So I would like my membership canceled asap.
