Cancel and refund me my money

ADT is pathetic, I signed up with them on 28 February and their service never worked, they kept promising sending a technician to assist and when they come( I wouldn’t be home, but my helper would be) they would claim the problem was fixed. After almost 5 weeks of their service not working even after they said it was fixed I told their agent and manager to cancel it coz it’s not working and I’ll take my business else where.

Their finance lady called me almost 2 weeks ago and I also told her that I cancelled their service coz it never worked. I would even test it by pressing the panic button and no response will come and they will call 4 hours later to say they received an alarm to top it all off their sales agent when I tell her says “it’s because of loadshedding, you just have to accept it” I WILL NOT

Why are they deducting money from my account and saying I am in arrears if their system never worked?

Bring back my money and cancel this useless thing. I will report them to ombudsman
