Can't get them to post me my accounts

I asked for my accounts to be posted to me when I signed up, that never happened. A few months later I phoned to ask for my account to be posted and was told it would be done. Nothing happened. I phoned again to be told that I have to put it in writing which I did, I have the email still I get ignored. Why is something so simple so impossible to get right? What type of company am I dealing with, very concerning!!
