Can ADT not get it right

I have been retrneched and now i sold my house - I advised ADT call centre to remove there link and or negotiate with the new owner....<br> <br> Well that two months ago - can you not get this right <br> <br> I will take action if you debit my account <br> <br> Again i called your call centre and provided the new owners details
