Calls Transferred when calling ***

I have gone through 6 different to people just to speak to someone about my account with the end result of me being cut off..<br> <br> I have been transferred from 1 to another and without hearing about my query.. Your receptionist and customer representatives are shocking bad at what they do..!<br> <br> Can you not deal with your customers in a better way.?
