******* calling themselves a security company

This company makes money by *****ing your money!!! i canceled my contract in march and they continue to deduct money from my account. Every time i phone to speak to accounts department they just say they will get back to me. I paid the contract for three years to get my security system and now they want to change the contract to say its a rental but nowhere in the original contract does it say that. Their service was terrible from the beginning. A rep who didn't know his products to the security system being linked to another system and continually going off even though we complained... no one bothered to come out and sort it. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY. Take a good look at all the reviews and you will see how poorly they treat their customers.
