Call centre agent lies to homeowner

Our alarm went off and ADT phoned. We were not home and they spoke to my husband on two separate phone calls - both times he asked them to please take a ladder to look over the wall to check if they could see both our dogs. The call centre then phoned me and the operator said \Everything is fine"I asked her if they could see both dogs and she said again that everything is fine/ I asked her if that meant the guard could see both dogs and she said yes!! I arrived home to discover we had inadvertent"
