By far THE WORST security! AVOID Fidelity ADT
Our alarm was triggered this morning. No one showed up, until over 2 hours later. Too late to be saving lives and ****** property. This is not the first time.
I've also been calling them for over a year to get the Fidelity ADT board on our wall replaced after the old one went missing. No feedback.
We are getting another security company, it's smaller, local and visible.
I can't emphasise this enough: Fidelity ADT is a waste of money at best, and a life risk at worst.
STAY AWAY!

12 Dec 2024, 17:58Quick update. I was told the guard drove by 2hrs later. Turns out he never did. He went to the wrong address 2 hrs later. He never showed up at our house at all.

19 Jan 2025, 18:58So I was told a senior person would call. They called only to tell me there will be another call to me. It's been almost a month since that call. No word from Fidelity ADT to make up for this major flop. Anyway, getting another security provider. I hope anyone else who reads this will too.
