Burglary when everything is said to be fine

Over the longweekened our house alarm went off when we weren't home and ADT went to check and reported that everything is fine. A few minutes later they SMSed us saying the alarm power is going down. We told them to go check because there was no power failure to the complex. They checked and said everything is fine. Later we got a SMS that there is no power to the alarm. When we got back pur house was broken into. There was a gaint whole in the electic palacades and we could see that from the front of the house. The ******* destroyed our whole alarm system and broke down our burgalur bars. But ADT didn't see or hear anything. Now they aren't co-operating with us and they don't even have the decency to call us back as promised. We are furious that they reported everything is fine while pur house were being broken into. Where is their promise to protect our belonigings? Didn't they even have a torchlight to just look around with without even having to enter pur premise? I am an severely upset client and will take this to the newspapers if there is no response or compensation. DON'T even employ ADT! All promise and no response
