HELLO When I signed up with ADT at 12 fynbos Circle in 2017 I was given equipment, sensors etc and all I paid was the monthly subscription

Now I cancelled on 8 December 2017 as I was moving on 1 Feb 2018

I then thought, wait a minute, ADT is a good deal, so I will just transfer my contract

They told me i cant transfer i get a new contract/installation as per the current advertising - sensors radiot etc for free, except you must pay monthly subs

A technician arrived today and informed us that there is no problem they will monitor our house for R350 per month but all the sensors in the house are really old and not pet friendly

We have a cat

And it will cost R795 per sensor (we have 9 sensors so it will cost R7200) to replace and also if we want one of the sensors moved in one of the bedrooms to another side of the bedroom is will be R600 to move it not even 30cm away from where it currently is and also there will be another call out fee to do all this

ARE YOU COMPLETELY MAD?????

I will rather go with another security company who will install everything for nothing and I just pay monthly subs
