My practice alarm kept going off and as a client of adt requested them to come check it out. Firstly the call centre staff are rude, cut calls and refuse to assist. The technician was supposed to come and sort it out which he atated he was here and never arrived yet the manager at technical starts shouting and denies that they ay fault. I will cancel this arrangement if not sorted
