Bunch of ******

Never take out a contract with ADT as you will regret it.

I took out an armed response contract with them in 2009 which I cancelled in 2013 because we moved. When I cancelled the contract they said that I needed to give them 3 months notice. I agreed to this and paid them out 3 months worth of subscriptions because we were no longer in the house. A few year or 18 months later I get a call from them. The radio receiver or something to that effect that was in the house and actually belongs to them. At this point, I have been out the house for a long period and the house has in fact been resold. I told them that I could not help retrieve anything from the premises which ended in tears. Now in 2017, four years later I get a call from a collection agency stating that I owe ADT an outstanding cancellation fee and find out that they have listed me on a credit bureau. They are a rash that won't go away. Do yourselves a favour and don't sign up with them to start with as you will live to regret it.
