Broken Promises

I Had 2 Contracts with ADT i cancelled one in Nov 2022 and kept one every month they debit my account twice and no response to give back my money and the account is still active after so many calls still not sorted., I Spoke to the supervisor he promised the money will be paid in on June the 30th and still no payment.
