BROKEN ALARM SYSTEM

I contacted them on the 19th of December already, requesting a technician to come out as one of our door sensors is not working, which led to nothing else working. They made an appointment for the 23rd December to come out and informed me a technician will contact me before hand in order to come out the Friday. On the 23rd when NO one arrived I phoned again and was informed they would get a hold of the technician and get back to me. It is now the 05th Jan and STILL NO technician or phone call. You would think for the amount of money I pay every month since 1996 i would get a better service than this.
