Broke into my home after sighning up with ADT

I signed up with ADT monday 2nd Dec and the questions asked was invasife of my pvt. On the 3rd Dec my home was broken into all items ADT consultand asked questions about was taken as well as random thing to make it look like suspisious *******. When i called ADT and said my home is being ****** they said cant help ur not louded yet. 2 vans drove passt my home no assistans this is horribal as we supise to trust thease companys also the CEO does not call me to find out what had happende please people be alart.
