Break in Suspect let go by Armed response officer...

unfortunately this review doesn't even deserve a 1 star rating as today is the day i cancel for good with ADT....! today i had a break in at my home and the armed response officer didn't even apprehend the suspect which was in front of him as the suspect casually walked away after committing a crime... its sad to say but i should have switched to a more responsive and committed security company a long time ago. Hats off to security companys that go out of their way to serve and protect their clients unlike >>>ADT!
