Break in

I had a breakin in Begining , alarm went off, and we told ADT to go investigate, they called back saying everthing is in order. when we got home the house was broken into, things taken from the house. Follow up with ADT what happened how did they see that everything is in order and not see that there is a broken window. We are still waiting for feedback from them since, we follow up, no one is bothering to explain or come back to us and tell us what happened.
