Breach of Contract

Hi<br> We originally signed with ADT for armed response in October in Ridgeway.<br> To this day the system doesnt operate, meaning one panel doesnt work, one panic button isnt operational.<br> Three so called technicians havent been able to repair. <br> The area manager Isaac doesnt return calls so we decided to cancel this monthly contract and sent an email.<br> No surprise that even that email hasnt been acknowledged as yet.<br> <br> Please cancel the contract and remove your radio. Debit order has been stopped.<br> Asking nicely now<br> Regards<br> <br>
