Bonnie in ADT and his tec need training.

I booked an appointment with Michael, the best technician at ADT to come and install an outside beam three weeks ago. 4 years ago 10 other technicians tried to install beams in my yard 4 years ago and failed. It false triggered about 5 times daily. Michael did a walkthrough and resolved the issue within 3 hours. Today Bonnie the manager cancelled my appointment with Michael without informing me. Please resolve immediately.
