BEWARE OF ADT AS THEY SELL THEIR BAD DEBT

Please Public really look at ADT if you are using them they are real ********* and not a help at all. They make up stories and threaten and bully you after they cause the problem with pathetic installations and don't perform, then they drop your monthly fee to keep you due to their pathetic service, then they make another story up that a Radio was not returned thus a charge but we have in writing them pleading for us to please get the new owners to continue which I did, stupid me and now they continue with threats. Keep all your paper work with everything they say as they will threaten you. I had a break in, R 80000 loss and they are the security specialists that should advise you, don't be fooled they never will and because I had a electric fence I was never told they will not come into our premises but when the break in happened they through everything at us as though we must be security specialists . They only throw it at you when something happens. I had a guard even with a Ladder he was so big he would not get into our premises. I was told in a report he saw nothing but yet from across the road you could see the entire window against a wall. Please investigate and take action this is serious. Make sure you keep and get everything in writing when they say anything.

Same thing all the time but they send us threats everyday. Proof of your service to customers.

Don’t be fooled that when you get a response from ADT they are actually doing anything about their pathetic service. What they do is harass you and your wife with threatening sms. This is the company that is their to protect you but they are the biggest ********* themselves. I am trying to cancel my other account with them and they refuse to respond at all and will not accept my notice. PLEASE NEVER USE THEM YOU WILL NEVER GET PROTECTED AND THEY WILL TARGET YOU.
