Being Billed for services I'm not using

February 2014 I requested a quote from ADT, and a consultant named Theo Naidoo came to my house and I signed a contract. I was informed that I will start paying at the end of March, as they need to install the security system first, this was to be done within 2 weeks.. To my surprise I was billed at the end of February, and no system was installed yet. I reversed the debit and informed the consultant by email on the 3rd March, he didn't bother responding to my e-mail. On the 27th March I receive an email from Lucinda Claasen asking me if they should proceed with the installation and quotation, I rep**** with a clear \NO". On the same date I told her to cancel the whole application and contract. On the 29th January 2015 I receive an sms saying that my account with ADT has been handed over ***. I received the same sms last month"
