Beeping sensors and battery relying on electricity

I have been calling ADT customer service to get my sensors fixed and my battery replaced. They keep on telling me they'll send someone to come fix it I am in a house that beeps everytime I pass by the sensors for 2 months already. They telling me I have to pay a callous fee I am not going to pay any callout fee coz 1st of all this battery has never ever worked without electricity from day 1 I have reported this and no one came. If this is not fixed come and Uninstal your alarm system I'll get a better service provider and alarm system
