BAD to NO Responce timee from ADT

<p>When my alarm goes off, ADT calls when they want to, it happend thrice this morning the third time they only responded, I want them to respond to this because my and my families life are at stake, and we depended on them to keep us safe, even if they call and we not home they dont even send out a van to check! How do I know? As I checked all over for the slip they surpose to leave there was nothing! And I got at home prob 10 min after the alarm went off!, also my alarm went off once I told them to send a van, I stay in kuilsriver and I was in mitchells plain at the time and I still got at home before the van can you believe it!</p>
