bad survice

i am a customer with ADT. i have requested a quote for a upgrade to my alarm. the sales person came to me the 14 FEB 2020. I have called him multiply times and sms him to remain him to send me a quote. I still have not received a call back nor got a quote. i have called in to the customers twice already.
