BAD SERVICES, increases that are absurd

BAD SERVICE I want to cancel this thing, please send the contract copy to me, ive send countless emails with no response. My premium went from R540 to R700 within a year, i want to know what constitutes such an increase, the people don't even do their job thoroughly, come after many hours when alarm has went off, and i cant be paying the device all three years, i know people pay for it two years, get an agents to respond to my emails and send the required information, i will be moving to people who can actually do the job instead of increases that don't make sense. extra charges that were never discussed with me, being added for what??
