Bad services from ADT agent. Phindile Mlangeni

This lady called Phindile Mlangeni at ADT, is very rude don't know how to speak to people, she drops the calls in your hear.. When I ask to speak to her manager said manager not available.... She has no customer service s****s bad attitude...... My company and colleagues are also thinking to move from ADT if that's who they speak to clients. As a client of ADT I'm going to take this matter further..... I want this lady Phindile Mlangeni out of that department and I will make sure of it.
