Bad Services

i had four unit on my cars , i have registered a debit order with the company every time when its time to debit my account debit order not going through since last year may have been sending email to cancel all the service with them Till today i haven't got that done , when i call the agent will send me a Form to cancel and inform me to send email to : *** which i did but still cancellation doesn't happen recently i have received email that my account is areas (***,***,***) which i don't understand since i have cancelled all the service with them , The worst company to deal with i will not recommend any one to with this company , with such bad services
