Bad Services

I'm very unhappy with Adt security accounts department and they client services and the account is under my mother's name and I paid the full amount of R3146.26 for three cameras to be installed at our home and they sales personnel give me the wrong quote and it must be about eight thousand and something and now they must refund me and I don't accept that quote and now they said they going to refund me the balance because there is still amount outstanding on the stuff and I told Elwin the technical manager that my mother spoke to a lady they accounts department to take half out her bank account every month until it pay and now they take I from my money that's nothing to do with my mother's account with them and I m going to take this matter to the ombudsman and my law for them to pay my hole R3146.28 to me and I will put this on Facebook for everybody to know that Adt services is not good and he shouted at my mother that's 70 years old because she just ask him whey he take money for me to pay her account than she made a regiment with a lady in they accounts department and he said they is no notes and my mother said why he doesn't ask her why she did not make notescon the system and it the lady who is handling my mothers and my mother said she also working in the account and she make notes on her clients accounts and she also told him that she will send them a letter in January 2024 to close her account because we are going to help 24 security where we get good service and don't shout at a old lady of 70 years.
