Bad Service Sales and AfterMarket

<p>Feb 2015 we had a system installed. paid R6000.00 upfront for beams. A year later and we are still battling with the beams. Beams and system installed by Martin van Der Berg from Capital Alarms contract no 493121. At no time can you get hold of Martin. Two mobile no's and he does not answer either. We now have had Salesman Denver Naidoo over a week ago. Denver promised to get back to us the following day. A week later and no feedback from Denver so I phoned him today. Um and Ar. Our beams have gone off 6 time over 3 weeks of which twice was last night. They have managed to break open our Wendy house but my husband and dog was quicker than ADT and they got nothing. It would seem that nobody at ADT want to take responsibility to assist us. I am not happy with ADT service at all but we have a contract till Feb 2017.</p>
