Bad service putting our house and lives at risk

We moved to ADT this month and yesterday my husband forgot to turn of the alarm when he entered the house ADT called me but my phone went on voicemail. I listened to the voicemail but could not hear a thing as the guy spoke extremely unclear I then asked my husband if he received a call he said no. I called adt this morning to ask why was there was no follow up a adt car or any other phone calls made to clear up if everything is fine he said that he can see that the call was only made to my number and that there was a patrol call was at my house this is a lie as my husband was at home and there was no patrol slip or car at our home. This is absolutely unacceptable as this could have been a burglary and they did not follow their procedures this means our house could have been ****** or we could have been killed and they would have only called my phone and left a voicemail. I filled a complaint and told them very clearly if this happens again i will close my account with them with immediat effect as i am not willing to put my home or life at risk and paying a company thats supposed to protect us.
