Bad Service Providers who want your money but give nothing in return.

ADT Service level sucks big time!!From my experience last week; When I queried why visibility is so poor when it comes to their vehicles' presence, the patrol manager for my area promised more patrols to remedy this, but to this day, nothing has changed,So I ask myself ,where are they? I called them out for and incident , but it took them 12 minutes to come out and respond.So I ask again , where ere the vehicles in my area? I tried calling to lodge a complaint due to their poor service, but when one calls you are put on hold for so long.And tried sending emails, but to this day no reply( its been 4 days) now!!!! I called again and indicated on the auto prompt option I have a Life Threatening emergency, but when agent answered , I was "kindly " put on hold!!So my life is in danger , but ADT deems it appropriate to place me on hold I regret so much signing a contract with them. Stay away from ADT!!!
