Bad service of adt

<p>Ever since I was joined adt security I have been experiencing the most terrible service be it with a sale consultants,admin or even armed response I just get no joy. 1st I was ******* into signing the contract were the sales person said it was 2 months free service only for them to come back to me and tell me im in arreas and after a good couple months was I then informed that im only getting 1 month free and im still liable for payment of the other months......not long after that I make use of the escorts service only to find armed response either parked atleast 2 or 3 houses away from my premises on some occasions I even found the guard passed out in the vehicle and waking up like 30mins later I logged complaints but got no response. My alarm is currently suspend when asked when they will reinstate the service I was told 3 days time its 3 weeks later and its still not activated. The service from adt really SUCKS! I am definitely cancelling this contract with them as they not doing a service for free for me I am paying them.</p>
