Bad Service, not sending invoices

<p>Every month since switching to Striata Reader I have had had to call for an invoice, I have requested invoices to be mailed monthly now 6 times. Still no luck. evertime I call the agent ensure me it will now automatically be sent, and yet this does not happen. I have asked for a mail to prove that this has been requested and I am told it is an internal mail they cannot send me any proof. Today I had to spend time on the phone again to get the invoices sent. this is really bad service.</p>
