BAD service, long wait for refund , wrong amount debited

BAD BAD BAD, waiting almost 1 month for a refund the credit control manager says that I must be patient because it takes 21 days to payout

I am still waiting for the monitoring manager to call me, my alarm triggered whilst myself and husband was at work and no one of adt went to the house yet they said they were there

Its now the 29 December 2021 still no funds reflecting in my account, then on top of it a wrong amount debited from my account as well.

ADT is really pathetic and I am getting tired of them , not great service at all

my amount for December was suppose to be R265 but wrong amount debited way more than that amount
