Bad service *********** Technician

I have to pay for excessive response! After I have asked them to fix an sertain problem and it's not fixed. Who's responsibility is that? Phoned to speak an technical supervisor waited on the phone for 25 min and then 15 min and 17 min the supervisor is currently unavailable or the phone just get placed down with no reply. And this is how they treat paying customers. I will take away all 3 my premesis from them and I will advise each and every person I talk to not use ADT services seeing that it's non existing.
