Where in your life do you get a technician have an attitude when calling to install your alarm. then when you call the Vanderbijlpark branch they just don't understand what you are trying to tell them and have an attitude with you when you have to be on the receiving end of the getting an attitude.

Then they don't care about the client and is rude over the phone.
